Three New Yarns!
Rowan Alpaca Soft DK
This super soft DK yarn is a premium blend of 70% extra fine merino and 30% baby alpaca. It is a soft DK yarn that is ideal to knit all kinds of garments and accessories, and is available in 16 gorgeous shades.
Cashmere Tweed is a premium tweed yarn composed of 80% extra fine merino and 20% cashmere. It is available in eight shades and knits up like a DK yarn which makes it ideal for accessories and garments with a classic tweedy look. The yarn is supported by this wonderful book that has 7 patterns using Cashmere Tweed:
Designed by Martin Storey and featuring seven designs for women, this collection takes its inspiration from modern Scandinavian and Icelandic knits including Fair Isle and cable sweaters and accessories.
Valley Tweed is a traditional 100% wool tweed yarn. It is spun and dyed in Huddersfield, Yorkshire, the home of Rowan. It is a very lofty yarn due to the special way it is spun and available in 10 beautiful shades. This yarn is also supported with a book of patterns:
Featuring seven designs for women, this book contains simple stocking and garter stitch sweaters, cardigans and accessories knitted in Valley Tweed, a 100% wool yarn made in Yorkshire. The collection was designed by Lisa Richardson.
