Playfood for Hannah by lassemista

Playfood for Hannah

We simply couldn’t resist this fantastic breakfast knitted by lassemista for two of her grandchildren! Knitted play food is great fun to make, and you can use up your stash to do it! It’s also a fabulous way to learn new skills and practice them in miniature – just look at the beautifully knitted different techniques and stitches on that plate!  Follow lassemista here!

Seesaw Cardigan by Chris H

Seesaw cardigan

We love this little Seesaw cardigan – the pattern is by Paintbox Yarns for Simply DK yarn, but Chris H has knitted it in Sublime Egyptian Cotton DK, transforming it into a perfect summer cardigan. It’s always worth remembering that you don’t have to knit a pattern in the yarn for which it has been designed as long as you keep to the tension listed, and in this case, it’s a fabulous swap!  Follow Chris H here!

Silk Sun Hat by Lou I

Silk Sun Hat

Keep deliciously cool in Lou I’s sweet little silk sun hat! This little sweetie looks very happy in her hat – we love that pretty edging! This is a gorgeous project for an adventurous beginner. We love it Lou! Follow Lou I here

Hattie’s Bunny Jumper by Marian F

Hattie's Bunny jumper

Marian knitted this darling jumper for her gorgeous granddaughter Hattie! Knitted in MillaMia Naturally Soft Cotton, this is a perfect jumper for spring and cooler summer days! We think Hattie looks very happy with her bunny jumper indeed! Follow Marian F here

Girl’s cardigan by Susan B

Paintbox rainbow cardi

This sweet pattern is one of our favourites! Susan B has made this cardi for her granddaughter in Paintbox Yarns Simply Aran. This is the second cardi Susan has knitted for her granddaughter in this pattern because she loves it so much! The pattern contains sizes 1-9 yrs, and you can mix and match the colours! Mustard Aviator by Julie Taylor

Mustard aviator

This little aviator hat looks divine in mustard! Julie Taylor had a ball of gorgeously soft MillaMia Naturally Soft Aran left over from another project and made this fun aviator hat! Snuggly and warm, this fabulous pattern is by Julie herself, and includes sizes newborn to 5+ years.  Follow Julie Taylor here!
